IQ Oil Australia, Sole Importer* of C.C.JENSEN (CJC®) products, is committed to contributing to the efforts of the Australian Nation in the fight against the spread of the Coronavirus.
This letter serves to confirm that we remain available to supply and serve our customers despite the difficult circumstances Australia and the entire world are facing.
To ensure staff & customer safety IQ Oil Australia has implemented the following:
- Working from home where possible
- Social distancing always in the office and workshop
- Increased office cleaning frequency
Whilst we do not anticipate there being any delays as a result of these actions there may be some circumstances where we are not able to action your enquiries as quickly as you may have come to expect from us.
C.C.JENSEN (CJC®), based in Denmark, are currently under similar isolation and social distancing circumstances however they continue to manufacture and supply complete filter units, spare parts, and CJC® filter inserts. They have confirmed that their supply chain, for the various inputs, is still functioning well and that they have significant stock levels in place to outlast extended difficult circumstances.
IQ Oil Australia also has significant stock levels of filter units, spare parts and filter inserts and remains available for deliveries and collections as well as telephone and/or email contact for enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and general enquiries.
